Our speculation that the “secret billionaire club” meeting at the beginning of the month was primarily focused around population control, a cause célèbre embraced by David Rockefeller, Ted Turner and Bill Gates, has been confirmed by a London Times report.

Details of the secret confab were thin on the ground in the initial reports concerning the meeting of rich “philanthropists” like Rockefeller, Turner, Gates, Warren Buffet and George Soros, which took place in New York on May 5 at the home of Sir Paul Nurse, a British Nobel prize biochemist and president of the private Rockefeller University.

An ABC News report about the confab offered little more than fawning idolatry towards the attendees, and was little more than a sophistic exercise in ass kissing and creeping adulation for people like Rockefeller and Turner, who were portrayed as philanthropic saviors of the planet.

We questioned this premise by pointing out that Turner has publicly advocated shocking population reduction programs that would cull the human population by a staggering 95%. He has also called for a Communist-style one child policy to be mandated by governments in the west. In China, the one child policy is enforced by means of taxes on each subsequent child, allied to an intimidation program which includes secret police and “family planning” authorities kidnapping pregnant women from their homes and performing forced abortions.

Of course, Turner completely fails to follow his own rules on how everyone else should live their lives, having five children and owning no less than 2 million acres of land.

In the third world, Turner has contributed literally billions to population reduction, namely through United Nations programs, leading the way for the likes of Bill & Melinda Gates and Warren Buffet(Gates’ father has long been a leading board member of Planned Parenthood and a top eugenicist).

Our initial suspicions that the secret meeting was primarily concerned with population control has been confirmed by a London Times report, which states, “SOME of America’s leading billionaires have met secretly to consider how their wealth could be used to slow the growth of the world’s population and speed up improvements in health and education. The philanthropists who attended a summit convened on the initiative of Bill Gates, the Microsoft co-founder, discussed joining forces to overcome political and religious obstacles to change.”

Of course, slowing the growth of the world’s population while also improving its health are two irreconcilable concepts to the elite. Stabilizing world population is a natural byproduct of higher living standards, as has been proven by the stabilization of the white population in the west. Elitists like David Rockefeller have no interest in “slowing the growth of world population” by natural methods, their agenda is firmly rooted in the pseudo-science of eugenics, which is all about “culling” the surplus population via draconian methods.

David Rockefeller’s legacy is not derived from a well-meaning “philanthropic” urge to improve health in third world countries, it is born out of a Malthusian drive to eliminate the poor and those deemed racially inferior, using the justification of social Darwinism.

As is documented in Alex Jones’ seminal film Endgame, Rockefeller’s father, John D. Rockefeller, exported eugenics to Germany from its origins in Britain by bankrolling the Kaiser Wilhelm Institute which later would form a central pillar in the Third Reich’s ideology of the Nazi super race. After the fall of the Nazis, top German eugenicists were protected by the allies as the victorious parties fought over who would enjoy their “expertise” in the post-war world.

As Dr. Len Horowitz writes, “In the 1950s, the Rockefellers reorganized the U.S. eugenics movement in their own family offices, with spinoff population-control and abortion groups. The Eugenics Society changed its name to the Society for the Study of Social Biology, its current name.”

“The Rockefeller Foundation had long financed the eugenics movement in England, apparently repaying Britain for the fact that British capital and an Englishman-partner had started old John D. Rockefeller out in his Oil Trust. In the 1960s, the Eugenics Society of England adopted what they called Crypto-eugenics, stating in their official reports that they would do eugenics through means and instruments not labeled as eugenics.”

“With support from the Rockefellers, the Eugenics Society (England) set up a sub-committee called the International Planned Parenthood Federation, which for 12 years had no other address than the Eugenics Society. This, then, is the private, international apparatus which has set the world up for a global holocaust, under the UN flag.”

In the latter half of the 20th century, eugenics merely changed its face to become known as “population control”. This was crystallized in National Security Study Memorandum 200, a 1974 geopolitical strategy document prepared by Rockefeller’s intimate friend and fellow Bilderberg member Henry Kissinger, which targeted thirteen countries for massive population reduction by means of creating food scarcity, sterilization and war.

In the 21st century, the eugenics movement has changed its stripes once again, manifesting itself through the global carbon tax agenda and the notion that having too many children or enjoying a reasonably high standard of living is destroying the planet through global warming, creating the pretext for further regulation and control over every facet of our lives.

As we have tirelessly documented, the elite’s drive for population control is not based around a benign philanthropic urge to improve living standards, it is firmly routed in eugenics, racial hygiene and fascist thinking.

The Times reports that the secret billionaire cabal has been dubbed ‘The Good Club’ by insiders. This couldn’t be further from the truth. Anyone who takes the time to properly research the origins of the “population control” movement will come to understand that the Rockefeller-Turner-Gates agenda for drastic population reduction, which is now clearly manifesting itself through real environmental crises like chemtrails, genetically modified food, tainted vaccines and other skyrocketing diseases such as cancer, has its origins in the age-old malevolent elitist agenda to cull the human “chattel” as one would do to rodents or any other species deemed a nuisance by the central planning authorities.

Hi,
I know, I know. I've neglected this blog. I've had to leave it alone for awhile as, quite frankly, the subject matter is quite depressing. And, being that I'm on disability for anxiety disorders, my mental health comes first.

I was pleasantly surprised that the Comox Valley Record, which, I initially had my own prejudices about, has served as a platform for the ongoing chemtrail debate. Four letters discussing the subject from varying perspectives, have been published by the Record in the past four weeks. After the most recent letter mentioned my blog, I thought I'd better update.

I no longer choose to argue. I have provided several links as starting points for people to do thier own research. I personally believe the military is spraying chemicals over populated areas and is not being forthright about it, but I don't want people to take my word for it. I want people to think for themselves.

I wish chemtrails weren't real. However, after researching material supporting both sides of the argument, the evidence supporting the existence of chemtrails is, in my opinion, much stronger. I also posess common sense. And common sense tells me there is something very suspicious about perfectly laid-out crosshatch patterns being spotted (and documented) across skies around the world.

Also, as mentioned in my previous post, the UK government has openly admitted to chemtrails, so I fail to see how my concerns make me a "pothead conspiracy theorist". Are we really to believe our government (which is actually controlled behind the scenes by the same global elite that control the UK government, and all world "leadership") is so much more ethical and concerned for our well-being than theirs?

Okay...so much for not arguing...Anyways, last weekend I spent a couple of hours at the Air Force Beach in Comox and, I guess the atmospheric conditions above the military base (which is right beside the beach) must be especially conducive to "persistent contrails" because during the 2 hours I was there I witnesses some of the most intense chemtrail activity I've seen here in the Valley. It was very sad, to say the least.

I would urge people (including military personnel) who are still under the impression that the powers that be are benign, to please watch the video Wake Up Call (CLICK HERE TO WATCH). SPRAY TANKERS TRACKED BY RADAR,
LAB TESTS RAISE CONCERNS

Last fall, a long-time landscaper working under contract for the City of Edmonton began noticing that carefully tended flowers and trees were showing signs of severe nutrient deficiencies.

City specifications call for electrical conductivity (EC) readings no higher than “1” in local soils. When soil samples showed damaging EC readings 4.6 to 7-times higher than this maximum permissible level, Dave Dickie suspected that elevated levels of electricity-conducting metals in the soils could be leading to the plants’ “chlorosis” condition.

A life-long plane spotter, Dickie also wondered if there could be a connection to events unfolding on ATC radar scopes during his regular visitsto the Edmonton municipal airport’s Air Traffic Control center.

Last Father’s Day, Dickie and an excited group of 12 year-olds watched two KC-135s, tagged “Petro 011” and “Petro 012”, flying at 34,000 and 36,000 feet south and north of Edmonton.

According to the controllers watching the scopes, both U.S. Air Force KC-135air-refueling tankers had flown south out of Alaska. But the big Boeings were not refueling other aircraft. Instead, as Dickie, the kids and the controllers watched, the four-engine jets began making patterns over Edmonton – “circuits” the controllers called it.

The Stratotankers were working alone in “commanded airspace” from which all other aircraft were excluded. And they were leaving chemtrails.

TELLTALE SIGNATURES

“The signature is significant” commented one radar operator, referring to trails clearly visible on his scope extending for miles behind the KC-135s. In contrast, a commercial JAL flight on the same display left no visible trail.

Going outside, Dickie and several controllers scanned clear blue skies over the northern Canadian city. Visibility was outstanding. They easily located a KC-135 leaving a lingering, broad white plume. They could also clearly see the JAL airliner at a similar flight level. It left no contrail at all.

On other occasions, Dickie has watched KC-135s on Edmonton radar leaving lingering trails as low as 18,000 feet.

“We see these guys up here a lot,” radar techs told Dickie, explaining that the USAF tanker flights originate in Alaska and continue on into the States – after gridding the Edmonton area with emanations clearly visible onradar.

“You should have seen it when they had the big summit up in Calgary,” the Canadian controllers exclaimed. “It was exciting to watch them.” The G7 maneuvers suggested that barium might have been sprayed to enhance radio and radar surveillance over what protesters condemned as a “globalization”conference aimed at worldwide corporate domination.

That was speculation. But back in Edmonton, there was no doubt that particulates were being sprayed by the tankers. Pointing to “birdie feet” on their scopes, the radar technicians showed Dickie particles appearing “as concentrations of dots” in the radar-tracked plumes.

Zooming in and out on each plane with the click of cursor, Dickie said that he and the controllers “could see different contrails.” Some were short, and quickly vanished from the scopes. Other trails were thick, long and lingering – not acting like contrails at all.

Especially exciting for Dickie and the kids was watching head-on passes between KC-135s and commercial airliners. Flying directly at each other with a closing rate of nearly 1,000 mph, the huge jets appeared about to collide. But the unconcerned controllers explained to Dickie that the aircraft must adhere to a minimum 1,000 foot vertical separation rule – recently reduced from twice that safety margin. No one explained what might happen, if the“top” plane suffered a sudden decompression and was forced to dive to lower altitude.

BARIUM AND ALUMINUM CONFIRMED

Assuming that unusual metal content in the soil could be causing the high electrical conductivity readings, Dickie collected samples of a fresh snowfall for the city, and took them to Edmonton’s NorWest Labs for analysis.

This reporter has obtained copies of lab tests conducted on snow samples collected by the city of Edmonton, Alberta between Nov. 8 - 12, 2002. The tests show unaccountably elevated levels of aluminum and barium. NorwestLabs lab report #336566, dated Nov. 14. 2002 found:

Aluminum levels: 0.148 milligrams/litre
Barium levels: 0.006 milligrams/litre

Acting like the electrolyte in a car battery, barium chemtrails developed at Ohio’s Wright Patterson Air Force Base are routinely sprayed into the atmosphere to “duct” or bend military radio and radar waves over-the-horizon, instead of continuing straight beyond the Earth’s curvature into space. “Wright Pat” is also closely connected to HAARP experiments employing tightly focused, extremely high-energy radio frequency beams to alter the weather, disrupt communications and “X-ray” bunkers deep underground thousands of miles away the transmitter array in Gakon, Alaska.

Aluminum stunts plant growth by sucking nutrients from the soil.

Dave Dickie told me, “Our most recent snowfall was tested for aluminum and barium and we were not surprised with the results. You’ve said it all along and this just substantiates some of your claims.”

But the soil expert cautioned that because the chemistry of unrefined aluminum oxide often found in the environment depends on soil acidity and the presence of other minerals, it is difficult to estimate “natural” background concentrations. Even so, NorWest Lab techs told Dickie that the elevated levels of aluminum and barium they were finding are not usually found in Alberta precipitation.

Concerned city officials ordered more tests made on precipitation fallingwithin a 40 mile radius of Edmonton. A second series of lab tests has nowconfirmed high levels of barium and aluminum in snow Dickie thinks fellthrough chemtrails. So far, he says, there is no other explanation for thehigh-levels of each chemical compound in city soils.

Dickie says it’s so simple to test for aluminum and barium, labs typically charge $10 to $15 for this analysis. He is adding quartz to the list of possible fallout components after tiny quartz particles dominated lab tests of rain falling through heavy chemtrails over Espanola, Ontario in the summer of 1999. Levels of aluminum analyzed in the Ontario samples were up to seven-times higher than provincial permissible safety limits.

U.S. CONTROLLERS CONCERNED OVER CHEMTRAILS

South of the border, U.S. Air Traffic Controllers were also concerned over tanker-spread emissions. Just after Christmas 2001, the Air Traffic Control manager for the northeastern seaboard became increasingly concerned that his young son’s illness – and episodes of Sudden Onset Acute Asthma suffered by his formerly allergy-free wife – could be linked with the increased aerial activity he was seeing on his scopes.

On March 12, 2001, this source – who came to be called “Deep Sky” by this reporter and ABC-affiliated radio reporter S.T. Brendt – told Brendt that he and other controllers were being told to re-route commercial air formations of air force tankers. Insisting that flight safety was not affected, he admitted during a follow-up interview at WMWV radio stationthat the KC-135s were spraying something that reflected radar pulses as a“haze” that degraded ATC radars.

Brendt contacted the FAA official after counting more than 30 big jets within 45 minutes spreading persistent plumes over rural Maine. Also alerted by Brendt, assistant WMWV news director Richard Dean and his staff counted 370 chemical trails criss-crossing his nearby location. But Deep Sky told Brendt that of the nine commercial jets on his radars at the time, only one or two would have been visible from her location.

Speaking on condition of strict anonymity, the ATC manager later expressed concern over the classified operations conducted by much larger military formations of KC-135 tankers between 37,000 and 40,000 feet.

Many video-documented plume patterns grid skies away from charted airline routes on days when high altitude temperatures and humidity do not permit normal contrail formation. Studies by Ralph Steadham of FAA-identified traffic over Houston found that while commercial condensation trails comprising momentarily flash-frozen water vapor typically disappear within 22 seconds or less, much broader, sunlight-reflecting jet trails left by military jets flying at the same time in the same airspace often four to eight hours.

CANADIANS LODGE CHEMTRAILS COMPLAINTS

The previous December, 2000 Canadian aviation authority Terry Stewart
investigating a Victoria caller’s complaint of intensive “chemtrail” activity over the British Columbia capitol left a taped message saying, “It’s a military exercise, U.S. and Canadian air force exercise that’s going on. They wouldn’t give me any specifics on it…very odd.”

Despite denials from a Canadian commander at Comox Air Base that the American tanker flights were taking place, Stewart later admitted to the Vancouver Courier that his information came directly from the Comox base. He was later stopped and interrogated by U.S. authorities while crossing the border on a routine visit.

Before ever hearing of “chemtrails”, Canadians were the first to formerly complain to their federal government over what they identified as chemical spraying. In November 1999, an Opposition Defence Critic presented a petition to Parliament signed by 550 residents of Espanola, Ontario. The largely native community demanded an explanation and an end to aerial spraying by photo-identified USAF tankers, which they claimed was sickening children and adults over a 55 square mile area.

Laboratory tests of rainwater falling through the sky plumes being laid in X’s and grid patterns over Espanola found levels of aluminum seven-times higher than federal health safety limits. The U.S. Air Force denied flying over Espanola. The Canadian Forces, which do not operate large squadrons of aerial tankers, eventually responded, saying, “It’s not us.”

DEEP SKIES II

But in late December 2001, just three months after the traumatic events of Sept. 11 left air force tankers gridding skies emptied of commercial aircraft, an increasingly worried “Deep Sky” began calling his colleagues at FAA flight centers across the United States to ask them if they were seeing what he was seeing on his own radar scopes.

They were.

Controllers at Chicago’s O’Hare (still the busiest airport in America), all three New York City area airports, LA’s LAX, San Francisco, Jacksonville, Cleveland, San Diego, Dulles, Washington DC and the nation’s biggest airportin Atlanta all reported tracking unusual formations of particle-emitting AirForce tankers on their scopes. So were controllers at smaller municipal airports.

Every controller contacted by Deep Sky said they were being told to divert commercial traffic below formations of tankers flying strange patterns they were told were “routine”.

But instead of enhancing radar coverage, initial explanations from their superiors warned controllers that unspecified “experiments with radar”could degrade their own displays. The controllers confirmed to Deep Sky that they had never seen so much “clutter” or artificial “cloudiness” obscuring their radars.

By then, a growing number of informally networked Air Traffic Controllers were aware of the “chemtrails” controversy. Some cited the short-lived House Resolution 2977 sponsored by Ohio Representative Dennis Kucinich, which sought to ban space warfare and other exotic weapons, including “chemtrails”.

But concerned controllers across America told S.T. Brendt that whatever was going on, flight safety was a consideration. Even more worrisome was the fallout they were seeing on their scopes. They knew from their professional studies in meteorology, that “this stuff falls to the ground.” And they wondered about what they termed, potential health hazards.

As federal employees, the FAA radar operators were afraid to come forward with their concerns. But at least one controller working in America’s heartland visited a local hospital after heavy tanker activity – to find the emergency room jammed with acute respiratory cases.

“They want to know what the heck is in there,” Brendt reported. “One of them said – al or barium – that’s not something you want to be breathing.” [Al is the chemical abbreviation for aluminum.]

Corroborating Deep Sky’s allegations, controllers across the USA confirmed that the word “climate” is still being mentioned by their superiors in explaining the ongoing aerial experiments. At the time of Brendt’s follow-up interviews, at least six Air Traffic Controllers were told that the airforce tankers were engaged in “climate experiments”.

In 1998, H-Bomb inventor Edward Teller urged the spraying of 10 million tons of sunlight-reflecting aluminum oxide in the atmosphere to deflect a small percentage of incoming sunlight and avert catastrophic global warming. A patent issued to the Hughes aerospace giant calls for mixing 10 micron particulates of aluminum oxide and other sunlight-scattering into jet fuel for dispersal at cruising altitudes.

After studies in the U.S. and U.K. showed that random concentrations of air pollution can cause lethal lung and heart problems, the United States EPA now classifies 10 micron air pollutants as an “Extreme Health Hazard”. (Ahuman hair is 100 microns in diameter.)

As reports continue to come in of renewed heavy chemtrail activity across the USA and Canada’s western provinces, lab testing continues in Edmonton, where an ongoing investigation seeks to correlate chemtrail “spray days”with fresh snow and soil samples.

I would like to address the letter to the editor in the Comox Valley Record, by Kenneth MacDonald, in response to my letter to the editor. Firstly, I did not appreciate the pompous, condescending tone of his letter. Labelling concerned citizens, such as myself, as well as the many others who are concerned about this problem, "pot smokers" and "simple minded", reveals much about his attitude toward the public, and his maturity level.

He attempts to debunk chemtrails with half-truths, apparently in the hopes that those "simple minded" people, who do not take the time to delve further into the subject, will see this as an explanation. What an insult to our intelligence! If the chemtrails do not come from the military, then why hasn't the military been more forthcoming about where they do come from, and what they are? One would expect that an organisation whose job it is to serve the public, would certainly be willing to address the public's concerns, if there was nothing to hide.

Why, at the beginning of April, did Barack Obama admit that they are "looking into" spraying pollution particles into the atmosphere to deflect the suns rays (http://www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=D97ECHLG1&show_article=1)? Why has the US governnment categorized chemtrails as an "exotic weapons sytstem" (see Bill H.R. 2977), if they don't exist? If they don't exist, why did the UK government openly admit to spraying large areas of the population for biowarfare research purposes (http://www.guardian.co.uk/Archive/Article/0,4273,4398507,00.html)? Finally, what about the US governments Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign (http://acrf-campaign.arm.gov/isdac/)? Although Kenneth is so obviously far more enlightened than we concerned civilian peons, it appears he is just "simple-minded" enough to overlook a few important facts.

PS. I should hope Kenneth's attitude toward individuals who are concerned enough about the safety of their families to ask questions and voice those concerns, is not representative of the attitude of military personnel, in general!

Disappointed...

I was very dissapointed to see that my letters to the editors of Courtenay's 2 main newspapers were never published. This says a lot about how controlled the media is. You would think the fact that we are being sprayed with poisons was important, what with the papers focussing so much lately on being "green", and Earth Day, and the like. You would think it would be in the public interest to let people know the military, our military, is participating in joint operations with the US, is pumping (apparently aluminum, barium, "harmless" virusses, etc.) into our atmosphere, into the air we breathe each day, and worse yet LYING about it. You'd think people would at least want to know about this. But no. Apparently there are more important things.
I bet many folks in the CV don't realize that the Echo (and most of the print media in Canada) is owned by Conrad Black, member of 3 organisations (The Bilderberg Group, The Trilateral Commision and the Council on Foreign Relations) whose objective is to implement a "New World Order" and to depopulate the earth by 90%, 'cause 6 Billion is too hard to control, you know. Hmm, could these chemtrails have ANYTHING to do with said depopulation program? I know, I know. This is all just conspiracy theory, right? Nothing to worry about, head back in the sand.
Fortunately there are a few local publications (The Cumberlander, The Word) who aren't controlled by big media interests, and that allow anyone to have their say. I have and will continue to try to get this message out through less censored publications, as well as the internet and word of mouth. Thanks to the internet, I realize I'm not alone. As I suggested below, check out the growing number of local YouTube chemtrail videos. Search "Comox Chemtrails" on Google, and discover for yourself that people have been trying to bring this issue to light for years now, and it is being supressed.
To military personnel, newspaper editors and others who's actions (or lack thereof) have served to supress the issue of chemtrails, who might say "It's classified", or, "It's too controversial", or whatever your excuses may be, I would ask of these people, which is more important. Your jobs, money and reputation, or the health, safety and human rights of the citizens of the Comox Valley and our children? Your answer will be evidenced by whether you choose to continue to cover up this issue.

CFB Comox Caught Lying About Chemtrails


"On December 8, 2000, Terry Stewart, the Manager for Planning and Environment at the Victoria International Airport, responded to a caller's complaint about the strange patterns of circles and grids being woven over the British Columbia capitol. Stewart left a message on an answering machine tape - a message that later was heard by more than 15 million radio listeners. Stewart explained: "It's a military exercise, [a] US and Canadian Air Force exercise that's going on. They wouldn't give me any specifics on it."Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Comox on Vancouver Island is Canada's biggest radar installation. CFB Comox is easily capable of tracking the US formations coming up from the south. When asked for a response to Stewart's statement, the base information officer at CFB Comox replied tersely that: "No military operation is taking place." Stewart later told the Vancouver Courier that his information had come directly from Comox. Chemtrails Vs. Contrails


"What's the difference between a jet contrail and a chemtrail? According to the U.S. Air Force, jet contrails form above 33,000 feet when hot engine exhaust momentarily condenses ice crystals into pencil-thin vapor trails that quickly vanish like the wake behind a boat. Chemtrails (CTs) look like contrails initially, but are much thicker, extend across the sky and are often
laid down in varying patterns of Xs, tick-tack-toe grids, cross-hatched and parallel lines. Instead of quickly dissipating, chemtrails expand and drip feathers and mare s tails. My Concerns...


Recently (over the past couple of months), I have been noticing what I believe to be chemtrails in the sky above Courtenay. The trails I have observed last several hours, slowly spreading out to form wispy cloud-like formations. Most any time I look outside (except, of course, when it's really cloudy), I see these chemtrails, often in parrallel lines, or criss-crossing in a grid pattern accross the sky. The only time I have not seen any chemtrails lately, was for a few days around the Easter holiday, which co-incided with the Snowbird's visit.
As of today, they are back out in full force. I am very concerned, as I have learned chemtrails are associated with a variety of health complaints, many of which I personally suffer from. There are several theories as to what the purpose of these military operations might be, from weather control, to, more disturbingly, population control. Whatever their reasons, we have the right to know what's going on, and we are entitled (whether the powers that be believe so, or not) to have a say into what gets sprayed into the air we breathe. I invite anyone living in the Comox Valley to go outside on a clear day, and see for yourself. They're not hard to find once you know what you're looking for.
On some days, the majority of "clouds" in our skies, are actually chemtrails that have been sitting for awhile. I try to keep a positive attitude, but sometimes it can be downright depressing when everytime I look up I see plumes of who-knows-what lingering in an otherwise beautiful sky.
Hopefully, this blog will get people asking questions, and paying attention to what I feel is vandalism of our beautiful scenery and an assault on our environment,
our children and us. Maybe, if enough of us demand answers, the military will finally admit what they have been denying for so many years.


So What's The Point Of Chemtrails, Anyways?

Weather Modification

Humans have had the ability to physically affect the weather since learning how to seed clouds in 1946, or possibly 1880. The popular conception of weather manipulation is limited to cloud seeding, but the possibility that the extents of our abilities may have progressed in the meantime is definitely plausible. The fact that the military is very interested in weather control is no secret and many propose that the Chemtrail Phenomena is a part of this. If true, what is the goal of the weather modification and what negative effects could it have on the environment? NASA is currently conducting several programs that are studying the effects of contrails on weather and the effects do not appear to be beneficial.

Population Control

The use of chemical and biological agents by a government against it's own people is, unfortunately, a historical fact. Even unintentional accidents can occur. But, some people suggest that Chemtrails could actually be part of a program to reduce the population and many feel Chemtrails have caused them to become ill and perhaps they are right. If the Chemtrails contain biological agents then people already weakened by other factors may have even died as a result of the additional strain on their systems, but could such a diabolical purpose be the ultimate goal? History has taught that even the most unconscionable schemes can be made into reality by men filled with fear and hate, and with such weapons in the hands of government we must remain vigilant until answers are forthcoming.

Inoculation Program

Chemical and biological weapons have been used for centuries but have recently entered the world stage as a primary threat. Biological agents have the ability to spread and multiply in casualties. These bioweapons are easy to produce and difficult, but possible, to defend against. The recent actions of the military to require anthrax vaccines for all service personnel show that this matter is of high importance. Some propose that the government may be quietly releasing bioagents to vaccinate citizens via the air. This could account for reported illnesses since a vaccine sometimes makes a person sick. Municipal water supplies might not be universal enough and could be easily sampled and tested, but everyone breathes the air. Whatever the purpose of these operations, the trails I've witnessed are definitely NOT normal jet contrails. If the military want to continue to deny the existence of chemtrails, they should be providing the public with an explanation as to why these trails last for several hours, why they are laid out in parallel lines or grids across the sky, and why, unlike contrails, they fan out. We have the right to know!


Are Chemtrails Affecting YOU?

Aside from these health concerns, I don't think the citizens of Courtenay-Comox should have to be reminded that the military is spraying poisons into our air, every time we look up. If kids spraypaint walls we call that vandalism, which is illegal. Which is worse? Both can be looked at as defacing our surroundings, but the implications posed by the presence of chemtrails is much more of a health and environmental hazard, and certainly a much sadder sight to behold than graffiti.
